Job Title - Civil Engineer
We are seeking a dedicated Civil Structural Engineer for a full-time, on-site position at Red Bricks & Orange Maples in Delhi, India. The role involves overseeing construction projects, conducting structural analyses, preparing detailed reports, and collaborating effectively with architects and construction teams. Regular site visits and meeting with clients and other stake holders.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct risk assessments and create risk treatment plans for all projects independently.
- Prepare documentation and reports required for ISO certification and other registrations and compliance certificates.
- Maintain good client relations and liaise with government and statutory authorities.
- Undertake daily site visits and prepare daily project reports, including progress updates, implementation of techniques, corrective actions, and safety audits.
- Ensure the health and safety of staff, workers, tools, machinery, and all third parties involved in the projects.
- Oversee vendor management and ensure compliance with project requirements.
- Manage the progress and execution of work, ensuring all project objectives are met.
- Develop comprehensive project plans, budgetary estimates, and final billing.
- Collaborate closely with Site Supervisors / in-charge personnel, and site workers to guide and direct them for effective project execution and daily monitoring.
- Maintain workers attendance and all personal details as per statutory requirements.
- Maintain list of all tools and machinery at site and monitor them on daily basis during site visits.
- Maintain list of all stocks and inventory at site and provide the estimation of stocks required in 5 days in advance.
Qualifications Required:
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a 3-year Diploma in Civil Engineering from a reputed college or institute with a minimum of 60% marks in all disciplines.
- Diploma in Health and Safety from a reputed college or Government recognized institute.
- Excellent proficiency in structural engineering software such as ETABS and STAADPro.
Experience & Desired Knowledge:
- 5 to 6 years of experience in structural analysis, design, and construction methods.
- Knowledge of local building codes and regulations in Delhi, India.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and excellent communication skills.
